Shipping Policy

Prepaid Orders All orders are shipped via registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post within a few working days, unless there are stock issues or long holidays, in which case you will be notified. Transit times are as follows: 3-5 days for metro cities, 5-7 days for tier 1 and tier 2 cities, and 7-10 days for all other pin codes. Delays may occur due to issues at the courier company's end. If this happens, please contact us, and we will escalate the issue. We kindly request customers not to accept tampered shipments and to take a parcel opening video to help us address any claims of wrong or incomplete orders.

COD Orders We are pleased to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for your convenience. However, please note that COD services may be limited to certain pin codes. An additional charge will apply to COD orders to cover the collection fees, and this charge will vary based on the order value.

To ensure the security of COD transactions, all COD orders undergo an additional verification process by our team, either via phone call or WhatsApp. As a result, please allow an extra 1-2 days for the shipping of COD orders.

Due to a higher rate of delivery failures—around 25-30%—we strongly encourage customers to opt for prepaid payment methods to avoid any delays or issues with receiving your products.

Please be aware that our shipping partners do not offer an open package inspection before payment. This means that the shipment will be handed over to you only after the COD amount has been paid in full.
