At DECO by PEE VEE, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive refund and exchange policy

Exchange / Return Policy

No Questions Asked!

Our goal is to help you create beautiful spaces. If you are not absolutely satisfied with a product, you can return or exchange it with no questions asked. Initiate the process online through our website for a hassle-free experience.

Process & Schedule of Charges (Exchange)

Charges: NIL (ZERO).
Estimated Process Time: 7-8 days from the day the exchange is filed.
Process: File an exchange on our website, wait for the products to be picked up. Once we receive the products back and complete the quality check, we initiate the exchange order.

If the new order amount is higher and you are choosing a different product, you can pay via the link generated by Razorpay. If you are opting for variants of the same design (color or size change), our team will message you on WhatsApp for the payment difference. If the amount is lower, we will issue store credits.


Process & Schedule of Charges (Returns)

For returns, we offer two refund options: Store Credits and Bank Refunds.

Store Credits
Charges: NIL (ZERO).

Estimated Process Time: 4-5 days from the day the return is filed.
Process: File a return on our website, wait for the products to be picked up. Once we receive the products back and complete the quality check, we issue store credits.

Store credits will have a 30 days validity and can be used for any purchase on our website.

Bank Refund or Other Modes (except Store Credit)
Charges: Rs. 100/- per item or 5% of the order value, whichever is higher.
Estimated Process Time: 14-15 days from the day the return is filed.
Reason for Charge: We incur costs for two-way shipping, approximately Rs. 300, but only charge Rs. 100 per item.



Examples of Charge Deduction:

CASE A: If your order has 2 quantities of a single product, and the order value is Rs. 1800, the return charge deduction will be Rs. 200 (2 x 100).

CASE B: If your order has 2 quantities of a single product, and the order value is Rs. 2200, the return charge deduction will be Rs. 220 (10% of 2200).

Refund Amount = Order amount - Return Deduction

Process: File a return on our website, wait for the products to be picked up. Once we receive the products back and complete the quality check, we initiate the bank refund. It can take up to 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Note: Refunds for COD orders will be through STORE CREDITS only.


Important Points to Note:

  1. Return/Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of order delivery.

  2. All products are eligible for returns and exchanges. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  3. In case of manufacturing defects, they will be replaced.

  4. The company reserves the right to deny or revoke replacements/refunds if the product received back is damaged, used, or incorrect.

  5. For damaged/defective items received, we will send a replacement product or provide STORE CREDITS, but will not cancel the order or issue a bank refund.

  6. Delivery charges (COD/Express) paid while ordering will not be refunded.

  7. An order can be exchanged a maximum of 2 times. After that, it cannot be exchanged or returned.

  8. Our return pickup service may not be available in some pin codes. In such cases, we will request you to courier the product back to us. Reimbursement for this is Rs. 50 per item quantity sent back (once we receive the product and quality check is done).

  9. Cancellations are only possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

  10. Products purchased during SALES are not eligible for returns.

  11. Minor color variations due to different screen resolutions and a 3-5% variance in product sizes due to natural manufacturing processes will not qualify for 'FREE RETURN'. However, you can exchange or return as per our policy if the product doesn't meet your expectations.
