Returns & Exchanges 

Q1. What Is Your Return Policy?
We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if the product does not meet your expectations you can give us a request for return/exchange by contacting our customer representative.

Please note the following terms applicable.

1. The return request should be made within 3 days of shipment delivery and Courier the item with the return sticker provided inside.

2. The items must not have been used and should be in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt. In case, you do not have the receipt, your merchandise can only be exchanged or better still, a Gift Voucher/ credit note can be issued to you.

3. will not be able to refund for goods which has been damaged or washed.

4. The refund policy is only applicable on those items which are purchased from website.

Q1. What Payment Options Does Deco By PeeVee Support?
We accept Visa card, Master card, American express, Net-banking (facility of all Major Banks in India), Pay-Tm and COD (Cash only).

COD means Cash on Delivery, a type of transaction in which the buyer makes the payment only when the goods are delivered.

Q3. What Should Be The Minimum Order Value?
There is no minimum order value on the site currently. However, Rs 99/- delivery charge would be applicable if the order value is below INR 1000.

Q4. Are There Any Hidden Charges When I Make A Purchase On (Octroi, Sales Tax)?
No, the listed price is all inclusive tax and is the final price which you need to pay in order to buy an Item.

Note - Gift vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used on COD. Also, we do not accept foreign currency as payment against a COD orders.
